Custom Measurements for DataSYS...

A range of Custom Measurement features is now available on DataSYS to give users total control over the way in which measurements are carried out, displayed and analyzed.

Test efficiency is significantly improved because DataSYS can produce a direct readout of physical measurements or derived parameters, with calculations being carried out automatically and results presented in real engineering units. As a result, DataSYS becomes an even more versatile and effective tool for laboratory research and general industrial use.

... and Mass Storage

A number of Mass Storage options are now available to boost the capabilities of the DataSYS family.

In addition to the extensive (360 k) battery-backed random-access memory fitted as standard to all DataSYS models, the storage devices include a PC-compatible floppy disk drive (which can be used in conjunction with Transition 2 data-transfer software), a hard disk with up to 120 Mbyte capacity, and a memory card reader for use in harsh environments.

While any combination of devices can be provided within DataSYS, a major benefit is that each can be retrofitted as user requirements develop.
